Yes! You read it right. All of us might go through the tough times of our lives one or the other day. But there are many ways to keep yourself active or motivated by just doing simple things in your day-to-day life. It may sound stupid but we will realise it only when we actually do it. Being active will also help us to stay positive and calm.
Some of the things that you can do by just staying at home are:
1. Exercise
Exercise not only keeps you physically fit but also improves your mental health. Most of the people like dancing so, you can go ahead with zumba or aerobics. Exercise is something that you can also do it at home by watching exercise videos that are available on the Internet.
2. Entertainment
Sometimes its good to take a break when your stressed out. Watching movies and listening songs can help you to feel better. Watch motivational videos like TED-talks where you will get to know about people's life. You can also play some online games with your friends.
3. Hobby
Hobby is something that actually makes you happy when you do it. Everyone will have their own hobby like cooking, drawing, singing, dancing and so on. Try working on it and maybe one fine day you might take up your hobby as your career that you will love doing it. Keep learning new skills.
4. Conversation
Conversation can be with the group of people or can only be with your close one's through a phone call or face to face. Talk to people so that you get to know whats happening in their lives and how they are actually facing situations. Share your problem with them and ask for their advice or suggestions to resolve your problem. Share and Gain knowledge from each other and stay updated.
